Return Policy

Should you need to return your item(s) purchased directly from our TAVO Pet  website we’ve made it easy for you!  

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase in new and unused condition. 

  • All returns must be in the original packaging with all labels.
  • Give us a call at 888.912.0375 to speak with a member of our team, and we can start the return process for you. Consumer service is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST. 
  • Returns are handled on an individual basis, and we reserve the right to refuse or deny a refund.
  • If your item is returned in used condition or there are signs of wear, any pet hair/dander, or damage your item will not be processed for a refund and you will be responsible for any cost associated with shipping the item back to you. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet.
  • Any refund will be issued to the original purchaser only and credited back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded to the giftee.
