Shipping

Order Process

As soon as your order is received, the dispatch process begins on the same working day. Free delivery usually within 1 to 2 working days. In any event, it will be within 30 days after the day on which we accept your Order. Please note we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Lead time will be extended during annual stock take. All orders are delivered by DPD. We currently do not dispatch items at weekends or on Bank Holidays. We do not deliver to Republic of Ireland.

Order Address

You can arrange for the order to be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. Please select this option whilst processing your payment.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email/text message with a link to track your order. DPD offers a range of delivery options using the tracking link via text message.

Delivery Cost

Customer satisfaction is essential. Therefore, we do not charge delivery costs for any order.

We operate dedicated teams to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us for any queries.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Please include proof of purchase with your return for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

When we receive your returned item, we will check it to make sure the return is valid. If the item is either in its original condition or has a manufacturing fault, only the purchaser can receive a full refund. This is within 7-10 working days and in the same payment method as which the purchase was made. Should there be any issue with the returned product or validity, we will contact you directly. 

All returns must be in the original packaging with labels attached. 

Return items must be undamaged, show no signs of wear and be free from pet hair/dander. We are not responsible for any damage caused by a pet. A rejected return will be shipped back to you and associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded to a giftee.

How To Return

Return documents will be included with each item. Detailed on these are the instructions and options for returning your product via DPD. You should ensure that the ‘Refund, Returns and Exchanges’ document is fully completed and enclosed with your Name, Order Reference, Contact Details and a brief description of the reason for return to ensure timely processing of the return.
